Andrea
A native Texan, Andrea was born in Sweetwater, Texas and moved to Houston in 1990. She graduated from Cypress Creek High School and enrolled in the veterinary technician program at Lone Star College. She received her Registered Vet Tech degree in 2002. Her first job with Dr. Jackson began in 2003, and she joined the Northpointe team in 2011. Andrea has a keen interest in surgery and assisting with difficult or unusual surgery cases is one of her favorite roles at Northpointe. Andrea and her husband, Michael, live in Waller with their dog (Dallas), cat (Keko), and two horses (Luke and Snickers). Their hobbies include horseback riding, woodworking, reading, and they have recently started learning to kayak!
Toni
Originally from Sweet Home, Texas, Toni moved to Houston to attend veterinary technician school. She began her career at Northpointe in 2012 and received her Registered Veterinary Technician degree from Penn Foster in 2016.

Toni lives in Spring with her husband, Michael, and their cat, Lucky. In her spare time, Toni loves to watch wrestling and frequently participates in mud runs.
Rebecca
Rebecca was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma but moved to Texas at 2 years old. She joined our team in 2016, shortly after her graduation from the Vet Tech Institute of Houston, where she received her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Veterinary Technology. Rebecca and her husband, Jordan, have a beautiful 5-year-old daughter. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys hunting and spending time with her family. She has two pets, a chocolate lab named Ruger and a cat, Sansa, that love to cuddle!
Cindy
Cindy is originally from Los Angeles, California. She moved to the Houston area in 2005. She obtained her licensing as a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2009 from the Vet Tech institute of Houston and joined the Northpointe team in 2017. Cindy enjoys the challenges of veterinary dentistry and radiology. Cindy and, her husband Johnny, have a daughter who enjoys chasing around the 4-legged kiddos in the house – Chanel, a feisty chihuahua, and 3 cats (Buddha, Gypsy, and Ivy)! Cindy’s hobbies include fishing, watching movies, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Melissa
Melissa is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She has lived in Tomball since 2000. She began working with Dr. Jackson in 2004 and has been with our practice since we opened in 2010. “I cannot imagine working anywhere else. The camaraderie among Northpointe employees makes coming to work like coming to a second home – just with extra cats and dogs to love! “Her favorite thing about working with animals is helping patients recover from traumatic injuries and working with senior pets to improve their quality of life. Melissa has a cat (Paradox) and a dog (Limey). She enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves travel and reading whenever she has the opportunity.
Courtney
Courtney moved to the Cypress area from Arizona while she was in middle school. She began working in the veterinary field as a receptionist in 2004 and obtained her Certified Veterinary Assistant qualification soon after. Courtney joined the Northpointe team in 2014. “I really appreciate that the doctors here are always willing to take extra time to explain disease processes and new techniques to us. It has allowed me to expand my knowledge in the management of chronic illness and traumatic injuries – which means better care for our patients”. Courtney and her husband, Thomas, enjoy watching sports, going to concerts, and traveling. Courtney and Thomas have a young son, 2 cats (Chad and Walter), and a dog (Shelby).
Ari
Ari is one of the friendly faces greeting clients at the receptionist desk. She joined the Northpointe team in July 2016. Originally from Plano, TX she moved here after high school and earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Lone Star College in Tomball in 2012. “I love welcoming clients to our hospital. We have the best clients!” Ari and her husband, Ashton, have two daughters and a menagerie of pets – two dogs, Rowdy and Oakley, two hamsters, Ariel and Elsa, and a variety of fish! When they have down time, Ari and her family love to go camping, fishing, and hunting.
Brittany
Brittany was born in Chicago and moved to Houston in grade school. After teaching sixth grade for two years, she realized her true passion – animals. She started working at Northpointe in 2016. Her favorite part of work is cultivating long lasting relationships with our awesome clients and their sweet pets. “I know that having a familiar face around is comforting when your furry family member is not feeling well. “Brittany and her husband, Louis, have a newborn son. In their free time, they enjoy watching movies and spending time with friends and family. Brittany also has a special interest in animal photography and her 3 Alaskan Malamutes (Kato, Khaleesi, and Meeko) are her favorite subjects.
Krystle
Krystle is originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina, but has been in the Houston area since she was very young. She has been in the veterinary field since 2005 and initially trained as a technician; however, she discovered that her favorite place to be is at the front desk where she can spend time talking with pet owners. “I love working at Northpointe. Helping clients and my coworkers here is very rewarding. The atmosphere here feels like a family instead of just a clinic.” Krystle and her boyfriend, Clint, have a rescued mixed-breed dog named Rue and the enjoy fishing, watching movies, and working out.
