Took my almost 10-year-old dachshund mix here today, and we had a wonderful experience! As soon as we walked in the friendly desk staff welcomed us in. The doctor was professional, thorough, and genuinely kind. I never felt rushed, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, even sending us home with helpful information. The vet tech, Dani, was so sweet and handled our little old lady with such gentle care. Finding a clinic that treats senior pups so well is a huge relief. This is definitely our new vet home!
I've been coming here for a year now & can confidently say that Northpointe is such a professional animal hospital. The staff is very informative & makes sure my pet feels safe! Already recommended them to a few friends.
I love this clinic and all the staff. They are so professional, knowledgeable and very kind. They not only provide all my pets routine care but have also been there for a couple of critical events that needed immediate attention. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.
This was a new vet I decided to try because it was nearby and I'm so happy I did! My pets are well taken care of and they are affordable. My dog had to be seen ASAP and they were able to make an urgent care visit for me same day!! So thankful for them because they could've said no but worked me in. I will continue to recommend this place to others.
The staff is very kind and professional. I came here due to Dr. Ramsbacher. She is the best! I am very happy bringing my pets here. Top quality and efficient. My cat Mittens had a burn on his ear (outside cat). They fit me in quickly and he received relief and an antibiotic. Very grateful.
We took our 12 week old beagle for her third round of shots. Our Vet had retired so we were looking for another. To our surprise Dr Ramsbacher was working at Northpointe. We had seen her at another hospital in the past. We are highly impressed with reception and care that our baby received.Love Dr. Ramsbacher!!
The vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well to me. The staff was very friendly as well. I have had long wait times at other vet offices, but here I was put in a room and seen almost immediately. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of putting together a cost estimate for treatment and being able to choose which treatments I can afford. I would highly recommend this vet clinic.
The staff is great and very caring even in the roughest of situations. The staff was understanding and talked me through all the decisions that were needed to be made and the steps that were about to occur. They loved my pets like they were their own and I am truly thankful for that.
It was a great experience. Got in on time, in an individual room while our fur child was being examined, detailing her exam as the vet examined her so we understood her conditions and explained how to give her medication and how often. Fair prices and very courteous. Great experience!
